Items purchased before 12 noon will be processed for dispatch on the same day.
Other Items Purchased after 12 noon will be dispatched within 24 hours unless otherwise stated, except for weekends where orders will be processed on the first working day. We use Royal Mail as our Standard Delivery Service and other couriers for the heavier goods. Deliveries are all working day. If you require postal insurance or additional services, please let us know so that we can re-quote your Postage Costs. Couriered goods have a standard insurance of £50 but you must sign as damaged and contact us immediately.
Highlands and Islands (& NI) are the same cost for small items sent via royal mail but larger items have to go via courier and there is a small additional fee for this. Also the delivery via courier can take 2-3 days.
Postage costs are quoted by weight, not number of items to provide the cheapest delivery method. To avoid duplicate postage charges the shop will calculate the total weight of your basket and price shipping accordingly, VAT is included in prices shown and will be indicated separately at checkout.
Delivery Overseas (Inc Republic of Ireland)
Smaller overseas parcels are sent using Royal Mail. All items are sent using a trackable service where possible. Royal Mail aim to deliver to European Destinations within 3 working days and Worldwide Destinations within 5 working days.
Larger shipments are sent via a range of couriers using the cheapest and most reliable service to that area, services generally range from 2-5 days in Europe or 5-14 days to the rest of the world. If you are unsure about the Shipping Cost you have been quoted, please feel free to contact us.
Paying for your order couldn’t be easier. We offer a range of payment options to suit everyone. By ordering online you can opt to pay via Bank Transfer, Paypal (Credit/Debit Card) or Cheque. If you’d prefer to speak to someone directly, you can call our sales hotline and we will be happy to process your payment over the phone using your Credit / Debit Card. Details of payment types will be given as options at check out. If you are paying via Cheque or Bank Transfer the goods will only be dispatched upon clearance of the payment, this usually takes between 2-5days depending on the bank and country your sending from.
Whilst we try our best to make sure parts are sold as described, if there are any significant defects found which were not described, a full refund will be offered within 7 days of your purchase if on delivery you have signed as damaged and informed us immediately within 24 hours.
All ‘returned as damaged’ items will be checked. Refunds on used parts will be given at our discretion. It is the buyers responsibility to check that the part you are buying is correct for application, therefore no refunds will be given in this instance. If you are unsure about ordering the correct part, please contact us first for help & advice.
We offer two options on surcharge items: 1) You can send the surcharge (old) unit to us prior to us dispatching the new unit. There will be no charge for this but it may delay your order if the parts are not received quickly. 2) You can pay the surcharge fee which is stated on each part, this will be refundable All surcharge old units must be in servicable condition and are due back to us within 10 working days of the new item being ordered.
New Parts & Accessories
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return or exchange goods on stock items. Items must be unused, in original condition and with all tags / packaging still attached. You can return your item within 14 days of the date of your order. Anything over this time can not be refunded. You must inform us and have authorisation to exchange/return any part. Non stock items if refundable will inccur a handling charge.
Any return must include your original invoice, along with your name, contact details, and the item you would like to exchange. Please be aware that you will be charged additional postage costs for your new item to be sent, along with any price differences. It is always the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return postage costs.
Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by us. For this reason we suggest you use an insured method of return such as recorded delivery.
We like our customers to be happy. If however this is not the case, and you are unhappy with the service you have received please contact us and we shall try to rectify the problem.

THE FIGARO SHOP WARRANTIES
BESPOKE CARS (Nissan Figaros For Sale)
Sales vehicles are warranted for a full year, with used vehicles warranted for 90 days. This is covered by The Figaro Shop which we consider to be very important. We don’t believe that using a third party for warranties is fair. We wouldn’t want our customers to have a problem and to be told by an outside company that they were not covered which can often be the case. We take full responsibility and take pleasure in making sure our Figaro’s new owners have piece of mind that all areas are covered including parts and labour as well as full time advice and tips. Under no circumstances will The Figaro Shop Ltd be liable for Transport costs or other incurred costs to return a vehicle to us for remedial works.
MAINTENANCE & RESTORATION WORK (Nissan Figaro Refurbishment)
It doesn’t matter if its mechanical work, body work, upholstery or any other of the many services we offer here at The Figaro Shop all work is warranted. All parts sold and fitted are also covered. The length of time can vary depending on whether a part is new or used and can be up to two years, for details on a particular service or part please contact us. Warranties will only be covered on parts and under no circumstance will any payment or goodwill be given to compensate labour or associated costs.
PARTS – (Supply Only)
Used Parts are sold with a 30 day warranty and are sold as used and tested where appropriate, used chrome and trim parts are sold on a sold as seen basis. We will do our best to fully describe any issues and will usually photograph any defects prior to dispatch.
New parts come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects, the warranty lies with the manufacturer and they reserve the right to refuse exchange if the part has been incorrectly installed or damaged due to negligence. If you have any issues please contact us.
Where a part is supplied for fitting off site Warranty Claims are only permitted on parts and under no circumstance will any payment or goodwill be given to compensate labour or associated costs.
