The Nissan Figaro was originally equipped with a rather lacking sound system. It comprised of a retro Japanese specific headunit with a tape deck, cd player and radio with 2 6×4″ paper cone front speakers. Being a soft top vehicle, the sound from the small speakers gets lost through the roof material and can sound a little flat and lacking. Upgrades to the front speakers and modernising the original unit are all available but the little speakers still lack power and bass.

Fitting and underseat subwoofer fills in that loss of low sound to make the output from the headunit sound more full, deep and more more enjoyable to listen to. This is relatively easy installation and the subwoofer comes complete with all the necessary wiring to install.
