We ship Figaros all over the world and clients send their Figaro’s to us from across the globe. We have built our reputation on delivering an exceptional, timely and professional service and we would love you to be a part of the team.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will play a crucial role in our team by managing parts procurement, customer enquiries, and digital framework maintenance. Your dedication will ensure our parts department operates smoothly, meeting sales targets and maintaining our excellent customer satisfaction scores (4.9 on Feefo).
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Focus: Handle parts procurement, maintain accurate records, and respond promptly to customer enquiries, ensuring exceptional, friendly and professional service at all times.
- Sales: Meet parts sales targets, maximise profit opportunities, and identify and optimise incremental sales opportunities.
- Technical: Post and manage our products/parts on our customer facing website, including photographing products and editing images to ensure the best customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Maintain stock control, update pricing structures, and ensure the organisation, cleanliness and safety of our parts storage area.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven automotive purchasing experience.
- Proficient in IT and website management.
- Photography and editing skills.
- Track record in achieving sales targets and motivating teams.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and thrives in a team environment.
- Comfortable working independently under pressure.
- UK driving licence required.
