One of the most common things we are asked about in relation to the Figaro are the alarm and beeping sounds that the car makes. In this short ‘How To Guide’ Tobyn talks you through the main causes of these and shows you what you can do to resolve them. We hope you find it useful.
In other news, this week we are excited to have just launched a brand new product in our online parts shop – an engine specification plaque. The Nissan Figaro has been equipped with a 987cc turbocharged 4 cylinder engine designed specifically for the vehicle and is finished with a smooth red rocker cover. As the engine ages, the rocker cover’s gloss red painted finish begins to weather, fade and eventually flake leaving unsightly patches which are prone to corrosion. The rocker cover also houses the engine specification plaque which is easily damaged, is prone to discolouration and looks unsightly.
Here at The Figaro Shop we have been able to commission brand new engine specification plaques to replace the old worn items on your MA10ET engine and are a great addition to a freshly refurbished rocker cover. The anodized aluminium plaque has been etched showing the engine’s specifications and is backed by a high quality 3M adhesive making it very easy to fit. Ensure your old plaque is removed, the surface is cleaned with IPA , peel and stick.
This is a reproduction of the original plaque, made in the UK of high quality anodized aluminium. It is a direct replacement for your existing plaque and available now in our parts shop at £19.99.
