Nissan Figaro Exhaust Gasket – Mid Pipe

Description

The Nissan Figaro is equipped with a double tipped tailpipe to finish off the exhaust system and over time, the exhaust system will corrode due to salt, grime and caustic exhaust gasses mixing with water inside the exhaust itself. This corrosion will eventually corrode the exhaust to a point where it starts leaking, breaks completely or no longer becomes efficient due to an internal blockage. The Exhaust system is split into 2 major components; the front pipe and the rear section. In order to attach one to the other, gaskets are used to ensure a tight seal to stop any exhaust leaks.

The mid pipe gasket is designed to seal the mid pipe where it is affixed to the rear section mid way under the vehicle. The 2 bolt gasket is manufactured from a specific material to withstand the heat and moisture created by the exhaust for a long lifespan. It is recommended to check and exchange gaskets when removing the exhaust for replacement or repair.
