Nissan Figaro Custom Made Outer Sill Repair Panel

The sill of the Nissan Figaro not only forms the shape of the vehicle but also plays a large part in the rigidity of the vehicle body. Over time, rust can start to corrode the sills causing unsightly bubbling, major paint defects and in the worst of cases, large holes of rust. As the rust sets into the steel of the sill, it can dramatically affect the strength of the body and is therefor an MOT failure on inspection.

The Nissan Figaro full sill panels are designed to replace your rusty Figaro’s sills to get the vehicle back to its former glory. The old sill panels will need to be cut, the new sections welded in and will require painting after installation (professional installation is always recommended with this product which we are happy to carry out if needed). Special attention must also be placed on the condition of the inner support sill which we recommend changing at the same time and are available HERE. Cavity wax and underseal is also highly recommended after welding to ensure the repair lasts the lifetime of the vehicle.

The panel has been designed and developed by ourselves and is machine formed from Zintec steel to ensure every panel is the same. It follows the original shape of the Figaro sill which is hard to replicate by hand and makes it possible to repair the outer sill to a high standard.
