The Nissan Figaros’ fuel filler flap is fitted flush with the left rear quarter panel and is designed to be opened by the flip of a lever. Over time, the fuel filler flaps internal spring can break causing the fuel flap to not open correctly, suffer from seized hinges and can easily be damaged in the event of an accident.
