Description

The Nissan Figaro employs the use of a direct input steering system with the use of a steering column attached to the steering rack. The steering column is the link between the steering wheel and steering rack itself and is bolted to the structure of the vehicle and has incorporated bearings to allow smooth rotation of the steering wheel. Over time, the bearings in the column can fail and cause unwanted play/movement making the steering feel vauge.
