Description

The Nissan Figaro utilises a fixed rear beam suspension setup on the rear and this is supported by 4 lateral arms. Each arm is equipped with a rubber bush to isolate suspension actuation, allow for smooth and quiet operation and absorb harsh and uneven road surfaces. The bushes originally fitted by Nissan are manufactured of a very soft rubber, and over time, the bushes deteriorate causing play, rear axle/suspension wobble and has been described as a “jelly” like feeling to the rear of the car.

These are brand new arms made from steel which are powder coated with a high impact resistant coating, the bushes fitted in these trailing arms are manufactured from polyurethane, which unlike the rubber bushes originally fitted, resist deflection, oil, salt and grime for a long service life, keep suspension geometry exactly where it should be, will last the life of the vehicle and will enhance the handling and road feel of the vehicle instantly.
