Nissan Figaro Crankshaft Pulley (aux) – USED

Description

Used and tested Nissan Figaro Crankshaft Aux Pulley to replace a damaged or worn component. Aids in the removal of harmful harmonic imbalances.

The Nissan Figaro is equipped with a 987cc fuel injected turbocharged MA10ET engine which is perfectly suited to the vehicle along with Power Steering and A/C as a standard specification.

These 2 systems along with the alternator, are all driven from the crankshaft auxiliary pulley, using serpentine drive belts to each component.

The crankshaft pulley also has another function to aid in the removal of harmful harmonic imbalances from the engine as it rotates. These balance pulleys are set in a specific rubber elastomer compound and over time, can split causing a loss of drive to the auxiliary pulleys (a/c, alternator, power steering) or constant squealing of the pulley as its slips within itself.
