Nissan Figaro Windscreen Chrome Surround Grommet

One of the Nissan Figaro’s most classic features is its highly polished stainless steel 3 piece chrome surround for the windscreen that completes it’s chrome and stainless steel detailed exterior. These stainless steel pieces, from time to time, will need removal for remedial repair around the windscreen area and to investigate the cause of water leaking from around this area.

Retaining the 3 piece surround is a number of specific retaining grommets. These grommets feature a foam seal to keep water at bay and allow the male clips to be retained in to the grommets for a secure retainment of the surround to the body. These can leak over time as the foam perishes allowing water to enter the windscreen support cavity.
