Description

The radiator fan attached to the main cooling radiator of the Nissan Figaro is a critical component of the overall cooling system. Controlled by the radiator mounted fan switch, the main purpose of the fan is to pass fresh ambient air through the fins of the radaitor to cool and regulate the coolant to the perfect operating temperature. The electric fan motor, with age, can begin to wear and fail causing the fan to ultimately become inoperative. The bearings supporting the motor can wear out as can the coils of them motor itself which can cause the engine to overheat and cause damage.
