The Nissan Figaro is equipped with a turbocharged, 4 cylinder, fuel injected MA10ET engine mated to a 3 speed automatic gearbox with model specific gear ratios to suit the vehicles power output. This silky smooth gearbox was the perfect choice when new but over time, the gearbox can begin to become clunky, jerky on gear shifts, lose power in gear, noisy and in the worst cases, become completely undriveable.

The fully reconditioned gearbox has been completely stripped to its bare components, thoroughly cleaned, all gearing inspected and replaced if needed, all new seals, brake band / clutch pack replacement and re-assembled with a coat of silver protective paint to ensure corrosion resistance for many years to come. A fully reconditioned torque converter is also included which has been split, checked, rebuilt, re-welded and balanced for longevity. The assembly is taken from our extensive stock of used gearboxes to ensure you do not have to send in your gearbox first. Once completed, the gearbox will feel as silky smooth as it was first intended and will also come with a 6 month warranty. The boxes are reconditioned to order and take 7-14 days to complete and are sold on an exchange basis. International customers may also purchase this item by emailing [email protected]

Warranty: Our 6 month warranty covers the parts only in this gearbox, if part of the gearbox fails we will need to have the gearbox returned to us for inspection prior to repair/replacement, repair bills from a 3rd party company will not be accepted. If failure is due to incorrect installation or maintenance we will charge for any parts or labour required. We haven’t had any of our gearboxes fail to date due to the comprehensive rebuilds we offer.
