One of the most appealing traits of the Nissan PAO is its ability to carry its passengers in comfort and style. This is made possible with the use of springs and shock absorbers which are able to absorb undulating bumps found on most public roads. The shock absorbers are subjected to a great deal of load and as such, can fail over time causing them to leak, become ineffective in absorbing energy and making the vehicle uncomfortable to drive . This can also be an MOT failure that will need immediate attention.

Up until recently, only oil filled shock absorbers have been available as replacements for the platform but we are thrilled to now be able to offer brand new, gas filled shock absorbers, as fitted to the PAO form factory. The original shock absorbers were manufactured in Japan by Kayaba and these replacement gas filled variants are made to the same or superior standards so you can rest assured you are fitting a high quality shock absorber manufactured to the same exacting standard with the benefit of gas filled performance.

This will give the PAO the authentic ride it was designed to have and allows the PAO to remain comfortable but promote higher stability on most roads with superior road holding to the oil filled variants previously available. These premium dampers are a direct fit and come complete with the rubber top isolators for a seamless fit. Simply swap over your existing bump stops and enjoy a superior drive.

Shock absorbers must always be changed in pairs for safety reasons.
